Welcome to our latest newsletter. We are thrilled to begin this new year, filled with enthusiasm and gratitude for all the achievements we have accomplished in the last year.
Let’s start by acknowledging the improvements we have made to better serve you.
One significant achievement was expanding our operating hours for both office personnel and drivers. We understand that convenience and accessibility are crucial to our valued customers, which is why we added an extra service day during the winter season and extended our office hours by one hour each day. Our aim is to provide you with even greater convenience and flexibility.
We have also made strides in enhancing our communication channels. We introduced a texting option for bookings, making it easier and more efficient for you to make reservations. We are continuously working to improve this service and are excited to announce that we are exploring the possibility of upgrading our texting options to our main line as well. Stay tuned for further updates on this exciting development.
We have added 2 trucks to our fleet, allowing us to take down 2 trucks for repairs to be ready June 2024.
Our office had a new makeover! With a fresh paint job and lighting, we are excited to bring customers in for a cup of coffee.
Our minimum charge for coming to your location has been increased to $120 + Dump Fee. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
We have decreased our 0.09/gallon charges (to those who apply) to 0.085/gallon for tanks under 2400g.
We have switched from monthly invoicing to daily, but no worries, if you like the monthly invoicing please let the office know.
We have increased all septics to $300 + GST. Discounts are available if you call in with 2 or more.
We have industrial land open for rent! Please contact the office if you are looking for land near the Seba Beach area.

Carl from Crystal Water has been taking wonderful care of our water customers and always strives to make sure they are well cared for.
